All we think about; all we know, and all we want to do, is blinds. Simple really!
Our Ethos
Since our inception in 1982, our ethos has been a simple one; to design, manufacture, supply and install an exceptional range of quality blinds, shutters and awnings covering an affordable price point available to all.
It goes without saying, but our customers are extremely important to us, with most of our customers referring us to friends and family members, as well as returning to us time and time again; that’s the ‘Nantmor way’.
From your first enquiry, to your visit to our showroom, or to one of our friendly knowledgeable sales team visiting your home, to the installation of your blinds by one of our expert fitting team, our aim is not for you to be a customer, but a member of the Nantmor family – after all, we are a family run business!
All of our products are made-to-measure, and the devil is in the detail! That detail being the measuring of your window openings – it may sound easy, but it’s the difference between a poorly fitted blind and an exceptionally fitted blind – it really matters!
We use only the finest components and fabrics in our blinds because we want to supply you with a great product that will stand the test of time, both, operationally and aesthetically. The majority of the blinds we supply are manufactured right here by our highly skilled team in our two factories in Clacton-on-Sea. We take great pride in the products we produce as they’re hand-made, made with precision, made with passion and more importantly made to last for years to come.
How we work
We operate in a number of markets.
If you’re a householder, then you can visit our lovely showroom or we can come to you to help you decide and, of course, measure your windows for a perfect fit.
In the commercial sectors, our surveyors will come to you, to measure and offer free advice over the solutions available. Our installers work on site to install all our products for you.

Art of precision
Everything we produce is made-to-measure. From the moment we measure your window, to the moment we install your blind, our accuracy is of paramount importance. Equally, this level of care must extend from the time we take your phone number, to the moment we cut the fabric or saw the extrusion.
Our machines are only as accurate as the information we give them, so we try to be meticulous in everything we do, because it counts! This applies to our lovely staff too; the fun only starts when we get everything right…
